Payment Policy

After giving a donation or purchasing a t-shirt online online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY (for donations) containing your details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your donation within a few days of the transaction. T-shirt order will receive an immediate acknowledgement.

Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely comfortable with your decision to donate, we will be happy to discuss a full refund if you contact us within three days of the transaction. The process for returns and refunds for t-shirts can be found under our Terms and Conditions page for online shop.
